Our refund policy is 15 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. None of the protective seals or wrappers must be broken or open and the original box must be in perfect condition.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund within 15 days of the receipt of your purchase. Please note that items received outside of the specified return period will not be accepted. You can start your return here.
A.-Damaged Items: Any item returned in damaged condition will be subject to inspection. If the product was damaged before arrival, you will receive a new product instead. If the customer considers it to be worn or damaged, we will not replace the product or refund your order.
B.-Return Labels - We provide these labels to you via email or browser download if your product is eligible. You can start your return here. We deduct the cost of return shipping for your refund unless the product has been damaged before reaching you. Once you have created a return label, you must mail that package within 15 days.
C.-Retail Purchases: We do not accept returns of any items purchased from a large box retail store. Contact the customer service of the retailer where you purchased your item.
